SP 247 - A prefeitura de São Paulo instalou telas ao redor do Viaduto Doutor Plínio de Queirós, na Avenida 9 de Julho, no centro da capital, para tentar esconder moradores de rua que estão no local desde segunda-feira, quando o prefeito João Doria (PSDB) executou a primeira ação do programa 'Cidade Linda', de mutirões de zeladoria.
Os moradores de rua estão abrigados em uma quadra embaixo do viaduto, que agora foi 'envelopada'. A prefeitura diz que a medida é para 'proteção deles'. Com as telas, é possível ver apenas vultos das pessoas e suas barracas. Funcionários a serviço da Prefeitura Regional da Sé disseram que as telas serviriam para impedir que as pessoas da rua pudessem ver o que se passava no local.
"Mas isso aqui vai durar dois dias. Logo eles [moradores de rua] tiram", disse um dos servidores ao portal R7. Há cerca de 50 moradores de rua abrigados no espaço. Eles disseram não saber o motivo da instalação das telas e reclamam da concentração de tanta gente naquele lugar.
"Eu já estava aqui antes de vir todo mundo para cá. Agora, já começou a ter briga, sumir coisas. Não vou ficar mais aqui", contou, enquanto carregava sacos e mochilas, a moradora de rua Simone Santos, de 36 anos.
Já os moradores dos prédios do entorno do abrigo improvisado também reclamam da situação. "Primeiro que, à noite, muitos deles saem de lá [da quadra] e voltam para onde estavam, na praça. E deixam toda a sujeira de manhã. Outra coisa é o barulho. Ontem à noite, chegou uma mulher com vários cachorros e eles ficaram latindo a noite toda", conta a aposentada Neyde Andrade, de 59 anos.
