Reuters - O musical "La La Land - Cantando Estações" conquistou sete prêmios no Globo de Ouro no domingo, em uma noite marcada por surpresas e por duras críticas de uma das maiores atrizes de Hollywood, Meryl Streep, ao presidente eleito dos EUA, Donald Trump.
"La La Land", um musical romântico sobre uma atriz em dificuldades e um pianista de jazz tentando ganhar a vida em Hollywood, levou para casa prêmios de melhor comédia/musical e para suas estrelas Ryan Gosling e Emma Stone, assim como para o diretor Damien Chazelle, além de roteiro, trilha sonora e melhor música original.
Mas os momentos mais dramáticos da noite vieram com Meryl Streep, a mais respeitada atriz de sua geração, durante discurso de aceitação de um prêmio pelo reconhecimento de sua carreira.
Embora a atriz de 67 anos, três vezes vencedora do Oscar, nunca tenha mencionado Trump por nome, ela disse que a atuação mais triste do ano aconteceu "quando a pessoa que busca se sentar no assento mais respeitado de nosso país imitou um repórter deficiente".
"Ainda não consigo tirar isso da minha cabeça, porque não foi em um filme, foi na vida real", disse.
Meryl não foi a única celebridade a entrar na política no Globo de Ouro. O apresentador Jimmy Fallon, pela primeira vez liderando o espetáculo, abriu a cerimônia ao chamar a premiação de "um dos poucos lugares na América que ainda respeita a votação popular" — uma alfinetada sobre a vitória de Trump, que conquistou a Presidência dos EUA apesar de ter perdido no voto popular para Hillary Clinton.
Mas, tratando-se de cinema, a noite foi de "La La Land", cujas sete vitórias representam um recorde de premiações de um único filme no Globo de Ouro.
A outra grande estatueta da noite foi para o filme de baixo orçamento "Moonlight: Sob a Luz do Luar", sobre um jovem negro que cresce em uma empobrecida vizinhança em Miami, que ganhou na categoria drama.
As vitórias no Globo de Ouro, entregues pela Associação da Imprensa Estrangeira de Hollywood, fortalecem as expectativas de "La La Land" e "Moonlight" para o Oscar, em fevereiro.
Casey Affleck, de "Manchester à Beira-Mar", venceu o prêmio de melhor ator de drama por seu papel como um homem de luto pela morte do irmão, ao passo que Viola Davis venceu o prêmio de melhor atriz coadjuvante por seu papel no drama familiar "Fences", a versão para cinema de uma peça de August Wilson.
Isabelle Huppert venceu na categoria atriz de drama por seu papel no suspense psicológico "Elle", superando a favorita Natalie Portman, de "Jackie", que recebera diversos prêmios da crítica antes do Globo de Ouro.
Entre os prêmios para a TV, o drama da família real britânica "The Crown", da Netflix, venceu na categoria de melhor série dramática, superando a fantasia "Game of Thrones" e a ficção científica "Westworld".
